- Cooked Japanese rice - 2 cups
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Cut the beef sirloin into thin slices and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
