  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the beef sirloin into thin slices and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
