- Sake - 30 ml

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Zucchini - 1, sliced
- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add it to the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Add the sliced vegetables to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
