  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the gluten-free udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan along with the gluten-free soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated.
