Ingredients

  • Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
  • Chicken breast - 200 grams, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, julienned
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water, then boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and julienned carrot. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Add the boiled Shirataki noodles to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
