Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets, sautéing for about 5 minutes until just tender.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet, along with soy sauce, miso paste, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the udon and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
