  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, and stir-fry for an additional minute until fragrant.
