- Firm tofu - 300 grams
- Silken tofu - 150 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1 cm thick slices.
- Heat sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced firm tofu and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, combine the silken tofu, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth to create a creamy sauce.
- Meanwhile, rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well. Add them to the skillet with the cooked tofu and sauté for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Plate the noodles and tofu mixture, then drizzle the creamy silken tofu sauce on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and black sesame seeds before serving.
