- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

Steps
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes, then cut it into 1 cm thick slices.

- Grill the marinated tofu slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- In the same pan, add the seasoned salmon fillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Plate the grilled tofu and salmon, garnishing with chopped green onions before serving.
