  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 100 grams, sliced
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 liter

Steps

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes, then cut into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar to create a marinade.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and crispy.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. To assemble the bowls, divide the stir-fried vegetables and crispy tofu between two bowls.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
