Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the Satsuma Imo thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Prick the sweet potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
