Steps
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- While the salmon is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and black pepper.
