  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into small florets
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Tofu - 200 grams, cubed
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  6. Add the sliced mushrooms and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
  9. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
