  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, chopped nori, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, salt, and miso paste until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties, about 2 inches long and 1 inch thick.
