- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Eggplant - 1 small, sliced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a small bowl with soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Toss to coat and marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the garlic is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the zucchini, red bell pepper, and eggplant.
