Ingredients

  • Soba noodles - 200 grams
  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  6. Toss in the cooked soba noodles and mix well with the beef and vegetables, ensuring everything is coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and black sesame seeds.
