  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Nori seaweed - 2 sheets, cut into strips
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
  3. Add sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion to the marinade, tossing to coat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet.
