- Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Zucchini - 1, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms.
- Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the marinated beef slices in batches, grilling for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the sliced vegetables and grill for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Serve the grilled beef and vegetables on a plate, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
