Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Mirin - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms.
  4. Heat a grill pan or barbecue over medium-high heat.
  5. Once hot, add the marinated beef slices in batches, grilling for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  6. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the sliced vegetables and grill for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. Serve the grilled beef and vegetables on a plate, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
