Steps
- Slice the bitter melon in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- Cut the bitter melon into thin slices and soak in salted water for 10 minutes to reduce bitterness, then drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix the white miso paste, coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
