Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds (toasted) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the Japanese sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  3. Pat the sweet potatoes dry with a clean towel.
  4. Pierce each sweet potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  5. Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with Himalayan salt.
  6. Place the sweet potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
