Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the Japanese sweet potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Pat the sweet potatoes dry and prick them several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Wrap each sweet potato in aluminum foil and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and unwrap the foil carefully.
