Steps
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
- Add the cleaned squid rings to the marinade and let them soak for about 10 minutes.

- Remove the squid from the marinade and thread them onto skewers.
