  • Carrot, diced - 1 small (about 70 grams)
  • Green bell pepper, diced - 1 small (about 50 grams)
  • Frozen peas - 50 grams
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced carrot and green bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps and mixing it with the vegetables.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine and evenly coat the rice.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
