  • Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the wasabi paste with the soy sauce and sesame oil to create a sauce.
  3. Spread the wasabi sauce evenly over the gluten-free pizza base.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced shiitake mushrooms and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle a little olive oil over the toppings for added flavor.
