- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced cucumber - 1/2 cup
- Sliced radishes - 1/2 cup

Steps
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in wasabi paste, soy sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, mashed chickpeas, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Form the quinoa and chickpea mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns lightly in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the wasabi avocado mixture on the bottom bun, adding a lettuce leaf, placing the patty on top, and topping with sliced cucumber and radishes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and close the burger with the top bun.
