- Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Green peas - 50 grams, cooked
- Corn - 50 grams, cooked
- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- All-purpose flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Ketchup - to taste

Steps
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly before mashing.
- In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed onions, grated carrot, green peas, corn, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Dredge each patty in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast the burger buns lightly in the pan.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on each bun, adding the crispy korokke patty, a slice of tomato, and your desired amount of ketchup and mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with a side of salad or fries.
