  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cooked rice - 200 grams

Steps

  1. Press the firm tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve the teriyaki tofu over cooked rice, topped with the steamed vegetables.
