- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Edamame (shelled) - 100 grams
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
