  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Edamame (shelled) - 100 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
