  • baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • matcha powder - 2 teaspoons
  • unsweetened applesauce - 60 grams
  • almond milk - 80 milliliters
  • coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • pinch of salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, matcha powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
