- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

- toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- green onion - 1, chopped
Steps
- Soak the dried hijiki seaweed in water for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the edamame. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender, then drain and cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked hijiki, julienned carrot, sliced cucumber, sliced red bell pepper, and cooked edamame.
