Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Unagi (grilled eel) - 150 grams

  • Teriyaki sauce - 2 tablespoons

  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Shitake mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch round.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over it.
