Ingredients

  • Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Shredded carrots - 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces

  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin to create the glaze.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush it with sesame oil.
  3. Grill the unagi until heated through, about 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with the miso glaze during the last minute of cooking.
  4. While the unagi is grilling, toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
