Steps
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
