  • Vegetable broth - 200 milliliters
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced shiitake and button mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and browned.
