Steps
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
