Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh sushi-grade tuna - 150 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Wasabi paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Creamy avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Microgreens - a handful for garnish
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then place it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
  3. Bake the pizza dough for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the pizza is baking, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over high heat.
  5. Sear the sushi-grade tuna for about 30 seconds on each side until the outside is cooked but the inside remains rare. Remove from heat and let it rest.
  6. Once the pizza base is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Slice the seared tuna into thin pieces.
  8. Spread the soy sauce and wasabi paste mixture over the baked pizza base.
  9. Arrange the avocado slices, cucumber, radishes, and seared tuna on top of the pizza.
  10. Garnish with chopped spring onions, microgreens, and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
  11. Slice and serve immediately.
