- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Fresh sushi-grade tuna - 150 grams
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Wasabi paste - 1 teaspoon
- Creamy avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Microgreens - a handful for garnish
- Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then place it on a pizza stone or baking tray.
- Bake the pizza dough for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the pizza is baking, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear the sushi-grade tuna for about 30 seconds on each side until the outside is cooked but the inside remains rare. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- Once the pizza base is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Slice the seared tuna into thin pieces.
- Spread the soy sauce and wasabi paste mixture over the baked pizza base.
- Arrange the avocado slices, cucumber, radishes, and seared tuna on top of the pizza.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions, microgreens, and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
- Slice and serve immediately.
