  • Shiso leaves (or mint) - 2 leaves
  • Lemon - 1/2, juiced
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Start by slicing the sushi-grade tuna into thin, even pieces, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
  2. Arrange the tuna slices neatly on a chilled plate, overlapping them slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil to make the dipping sauce.
  4. Place a small dollop of wasabi paste on the side of the plate for each serving.
  5. Add a small pile of pickled ginger next to the tuna for a refreshing contrast.
  6. Garnish the dish with chopped green onions and shiso leaves.
