  • Shiitake mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Tofu - 200 grams, cubed
  • Miso paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and miso paste. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
