- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Boneless pork loin - 200 grams
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Tonkatsu sauce - 30 grams

Steps
- Pound the pork loin between two sheets of plastic wrap until about 1 cm thick, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Coat the pork in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then cover it in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the breaded pork for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a pizza pan.
- Spread the tonkatsu sauce evenly over the pizza dough, then top with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Slice the fried tonkatsu into strips and arrange them evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top and add any remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve immediately.
