Ingredients

Steps

  1. Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out into a 10-inch circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Season the pork loin chop with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge the pork chop in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded pork chop for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let it drain on paper towels.
