Steps
- Prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out into a 10-inch circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the pork loin chop with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the pork chop in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, and then coat it thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
