  • Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup

  • Tonkatsu sauce - 2 tablespoons

  • Nori (seaweed) - 1 sheet (cut into strips) for garnish

Steps

  1. 1. Season the pork loin chop with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Set up a breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten egg in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  3. 3. Dredge the pork in flour, dip it in the egg, and then coat it thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and once hot, carefully add the breaded pork. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a pizza stone or baking sheet.
