Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the tofu cubes with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the tofu is marinating, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
