Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Firm tofu - 200 grams
  • Teriyaki sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tofu cubes with 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is marinating, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the remaining 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce evenly over the dough as the pizza base.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the teriyaki sauce.
  8. Distribute the marinated tofu, sliced red bell pepper, and fresh spinach evenly over the cheese.
  9. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
