- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Firm tofu - 150 grams, crumbled
- Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
- Miso paste - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Green onion - 1 stalk, sliced
- Nori sheets - 1, cut into strips (optional)
- Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with miso paste and soy sauce until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the tofu mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with the sautéed spinach and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, nori strips (if using), and black sesame seeds.
- Slice and serve hot.
