- Firm tofu - 150 grams, crumbled
- Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - optional, to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and sautéed spinach. Mix well.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tofu and spinach mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tofu mixture.
- If desired, add chili flakes for extra heat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
