Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Firm tofu - 150 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - optional, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and sautéed spinach. Mix well.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the tofu and spinach mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tofu mixture.
  9. If desired, add chili flakes for extra heat.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
