- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Steamed broccoli - 200g (for serving)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over the top, ensuring they are well coated.
