Ingredients
- all-purpose flour - 200 grams
- water - 100 ml
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
- teriyaki sauce - 4 tablespoons
- mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- green onions - 2, sliced
- sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- carrot - 1 small, grated
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
- Roll out the dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish. Place the dough in the pie dish and trim any excess edges.
- Spread the cooked teriyaki chicken evenly over the crust. Sprinkle grated carrot and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
