Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • water - 100 ml
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
  • teriyaki sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • green onions - 2, sliced
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • carrot - 1 small, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
  4. Roll out the dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish. Place the dough in the pie dish and trim any excess edges.
  5. Spread the cooked teriyaki chicken evenly over the crust. Sprinkle grated carrot and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
