Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the cold water while whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip the sliced zucchini, sweet potato, bell pepper, and mushrooms into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
