  • mirin - 30 ml
  • honey - 15 grams
  • rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • ginger - 5 grams, grated
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • sesame oil - 5 ml
  • green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • sesame seeds - 10 grams

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
