  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Peel and steam the taro until tender, about 15 minutes, then mash it in a bowl.
  3. Add all-purpose flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the mashed taro, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into a pizza base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring it's evenly spread.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread soy sauce evenly over the surface.
