- Eggs - 3 large
- Silken tofu - 200 grams
- Dashi stock - 150 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, silken tofu, dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Grease a small baking dish with sesame oil and pour the egg and tofu mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped green onions on top of the mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent the top from browning too quickly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mixture is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
- Serve warm as a side dish or light meal.
